COACHING
Glen serves as a coach/advisor to CEO's, CFO's and senior level managers. Usually via weekly calls, he helps them to develop insight and understanding through observation and his experiences. He helps to point out objective ideas, thoughts and plans. Together, they seek performance improvement in specific desired areas. They often talk about strategic planning, process improvement, board and investor relations, budgeting, management team development, personal career objectives, etc. As a part of this service, he is also available to the leader on a 24/7 basis.

Whether delivering keynotes and speeches to hundreds of attendees or more intimate small groups, Glen guides, inspires and motivates the audience to pursue personal and professional greatness.
WRITING
Over the years, Glen's Friday emails have been an encouragement to many and are now available on his blog.

Glen's Story
​
While growing up in one of the roughest cities in America, Glen’s high school counselor laughed when Glen’s younger sister told him that Glen intended to attend Duquesne University after high school. The counselor said, “Glen will not get accepted, your family cannot afford it and if by some chance he did get in, he won't last”.
​
Determined to prove the counselor wrong, Glen discovered that by relying on God, believing in himself and focusing on a few key life lessons, that he could not only obtain that college degree, but he could also achieve a lifetime of success in the work place, the community, and at home.
